This is my 2016 calendar art I did about my production and I hope you like it I also did a post about my production role and this calendar art it will help with showing you what I looked like in my production

Agency Target

This is one of my pieces of writing. it is a explanation of this agency target in my classroom and the closer you get to the to the middle the more in powered we with our learning. So I hope you enjoy my writing.

The agency target is made of six parts. These six pieces are Learning pit, Learning spaces, Striving for excellence, Collaboration, Knowing myself as a learner and Managing and designing my own learning.

The six parts of the agency target are also cut into three sections. One of them is red, this means you are guided and need help with this part of the agency target. There is also orange which means you are starting to manage your own learning but still need a little bit of help. Green means you are in power of your own learning and learn effectively and efficiently.

The agency target helps us with managing our own learning and gives us power of our own learning.

my production role

My production is called Cinderella and Rockafella. My part in the production is the ballroom scene where at the start I have to do a dance [which is a cool dance] and there are kids from from the middle and junior syndicate and also from my class but everyones a boy who is in the dance.

Back to my ballroom scene in this scene girls come in and famous people come in from the front of the stage and after they all come in we do another dance and do some sinning and after that we have our school band play and thats were the two main characters come dance to the band and so does everyone else does and after all that the scene finishes and we don't go back on until the final scene.    

Weekend Fun

During the weekend my cousins came over. I have two cousins one is a boy and ones a girl so they came over to my house for the weekend. One of my cousins always left but one stayed so our cousin stayed with us and our weekend plan was staying home so we just stayed home and played on our devices.

When dinner came we got to choose what we had for takeaways and one of my cousin and my brother chose KFC. I chose noodle canteen and so did my other cousin. when the next day came we just played on our devices for the whole weekend [not actually for the whole weekend]. after all that my cousins had to leave on Sunday so I was left with my brother and my mum.

My Sign Language Finger Spelling Video

hello The video below shows me spelling my name with finger spelling. My name has five letters in it. my name is Leevi and The reason we did this is because we had home learning about New Zealand Sign Language week were we had to make a video or photo story. so hope you enjoy 

traditional teaching style

The picture below is what I am going to talk about today it is called tts [traditional teaching style] and our teachers did it for like 1 hour and 40 minutes and it was all about how teachers used to teach and it was like tables in rows, names on tables, rules like be quite, no smiling and sit down, and the picture below is called csi.                                                                                                                                

A csi is a colour, symbol, image. the colour I did was black because this way of learning blinds you from actually learning anything.I chose this symbol because this way of learning restricts you from learning your way. and I chose this image because teachers during tts would make so many rules like no smiling and if you haven't been paying attention I have been talking about a colour symbol image about how teachers used to teach but it is called traditional teaching style 

                                                                            

Lost in space Pick-a-path

This is my pick-a-path story called lost in space [as you can see on the title]. I wrote it with Joseph Potter. We enjoyed writing the story and finding the images to match up with what was happening.

sports rotation

I love it when on Tuesday afternoon [I mean every Tuesday but not if its raining] we go outside for sports rotation. Our school is lucky to have this cause other schools don't get to do this so we are really lucky. The sports are tennis, soccer, hockey, badminton, golf' we also do circuit training [not a sport] but my favourite sport is basketball.

Playing basketball is fun and its easy to get ready you only need two hoops and a basketball. The rules of basketball are easy no double dribbling means you cant stop with the ball and run again,no travelling [and no it dose not mean you travel on a plane] it means if you are holding the ball and your still running/walking.

Sports rotation [if you don't know] is the rotation of sports and you can have it on any day but we have it on Tuesday. also it is cool to have games during sports so it is not just learning about just the game and also thanks to Mr R for getting all the coaches and equipment to do sports rotation.    

Hoilday fun

When the Holidays started I went to my aunties house and after a night at her house I went to my nan's house for a week and I played on my cousin's ps3 and we played lots of cod [call of duty] and it's an awesome game to play if you like shooting games and also I got a lot of treats like fish and chips and some donuts and there were some delicious it was like party of goodness in my mouth.

After a week at my nan's house I left to go back to my house and on Thursday my mum took me to inflatable world it looks like a inflatable world [as it says in the on the adds] but some of it is block off by nets [like were the things that keep inflatable world inflated.

Also we stayed there for 1hour and 25 minutes and it was awesome cause first I went on these big yellow balls and they were really big and  they are so easy to get across if your got good balance if not well your going to fall off.

There other things like boxing a pirate ship 2 little bouncy castles a pole fighting arena and a wrecking ball place where you can knock a person off but my favorite one is this one were you climb up a yellow square were people just bounce or run around on it or climb up [like I all ready said] or even roll down and it is hard to cilmib up cause you never know what might happen.  

On Friday I went to the Fielding market and I got some fudge. When I left Fielding my mum gave me 20 dollars and we also went to breakers [it's a restaurant] and I played a machine there called stacker where if you stack the squares to the top you win but I did not but I was two away from winning and after lunch I went to burger king for a drink and played key master a game where  you try to get the key through the key hole and its harder the it sounds but I still failed but my mum had some turns but failed and then we went home and enjoyed the rest of the week.    

swimming sports

On the 12th of April was swimming sports were we well did swimming as you would of guessed. Here are some of the events that we did non championship events 25 meter free style 25 meter backstroke 25 meter breaststroke. championship events 50 meter free style [p.s most of these events are just gone from 25 meters to 50 meters] 50 meter backstroke 100 meter medals 50 meter breaststroke and I only did 25 meter free style and 25 meter flutter broad because I didn't enter any championship events.

Then we did fun relays were every one in the 25 meter pool [which is why some of the events where 25 meters] so it was years 4/5s went first and for some reason they had 2 rings and 2 foam surf boards instead of 4 foam surf boards so two teams used different ones from last year and my team was one of them so when it was our turn we used the ring and I was last but me and my friend who went first on the surf boards. So me and my friend by ourselves both went 25 meters on the surf broad and after that we did the championship relays [they were not actual a championship event they were just the 25 meter relays for people who were best at that event].



So when that race was over they did a kids vs adult and of course the adults won and after all the the swimming weka won with a total of 173 [this probably not accurate because I forgot but this is nearest I can remember to the actual score]. We had our school groups and there are four which are weka of course tui, takahe, and kea and these groups all have colours which are red weka, tui yellow, takahe blue, and kea green. After all of that we toke a few photos then we went on the bus and left.
